The place in plain English
Living in Jubail Island.
Jubail Island is a privately master-planned island set among protected mangroves, positioned between Abu Dhabi island and Saadiyat. The development emphasises conservation and low density — villages of villa plots and turnkey villas where buyers can build within an environmentally-led master plan. It's a newer entrant aimed at the premium end of Abu Dhabi villa demand, with the mangrove-conservation positioning as its core differentiator. A specialist builder-plot tracking location.
