By using investwithraj.com, you agree to these terms for use of the public website. If you do not agree, do not use its forms, calculators or automated desk.

These terms do not replace a signed engagement letter, sale agreement, reservation form, brokerage agreement or terms from a third-party provider.

The site publishes editorial property analysis, explanatory material, public records, comparison tools, contact routes and an automated first-question desk. It is designed to help a reader frame questions and decide what requires further verification.

Invest With Raj is the public-facing name used on the site. The legal party to any later professional engagement must be identified in that engagement's written terms.

Public content and automated responses are general information. They are not investment, legal, tax, financial, immigration, engineering, valuation or other regulated professional advice. They do not account for your complete circumstances.

Obtain current documents and advice from appropriately qualified professionals before committing capital, signing a contract, transferring funds or relying on a visa, tax or ownership structure.

Reading the site, requesting a launch notice, submitting a brief, using a calculator, asking the automated desk or booking a call does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, agency, representative or other professional relationship.

Scope, conflicts, fees, regulated roles, incentives and the contracting party must be confirmed for the specific engagement.

Property values, rent, liquidity, completion, handover, financing, visa eligibility and market conditions can change. Illustrations, scenarios and calculators are not predictions or guarantees. Past or modelled outcomes do not establish a future result.

The automated desk is not Raj. It retrieves selected internal site context and uses an Anthropic model to draft a response. A source card shows material retrieved for the answer; it is not independent proof that every generated sentence is correct.

Do not submit sensitive personal, banking or contract information. Verify any material decision with Raj and the relevant qualified professional. Access can be limited or suspended to protect the service.

Unless a source or asset notice says otherwise, the original written presentation, brand elements and site design may not be republished, sold, scraped into a commercial product or presented as another person's work without permission.

Short quotation for legitimate commentary may be possible with accurate attribution and a link. Media-kit assets remain subject to their stated usage terms and publication-specific approval.

You must not use the site to:

• break a law or infringe another person's rights;
• probe, bypass or overload access controls, rate limits or security measures;
• submit malicious code, false identity information or another person's personal data without authority;
• automate high-volume extraction or model training without written permission; or
• imply endorsement, a client relationship or a guaranteed property outcome.

The site links to sources and services such as booking, WhatsApp, media platforms and research publishers. Those services control their own availability, content and terms. A link is not an endorsement or guarantee.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be corrected, changed, rate-limited or withdrawn.
