Which Binghatti project are you paying for?
Bugatti, Jacob & Co and Mercedes-Benz are real project collaborations, but the name on a façade does not establish an individual home's value. The building, address, layout, service arrangement and comparable sales are different questions; Binghatti Flare in Jumeirah Village Triangle is not a branded Business Bay tower.
Bugatti Residences and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co are separate Business Bay projects; Mercedes-Benz Places is a Downtown tower. Their brand names are not a substitute for comparing the particular home, its costs and its neighbouring market.

Bugatti Residences is one Business Bay proposition.
Binghatti and Bugatti present this as a residential collaboration in Business Bay, with a Riviera-inspired building design and different residence layouts. That explains the concept, not the price gap to another Business Bay home. The selected floor plan, outlook, service obligations and current construction evidence still determine the comparison.

Jacob & Co is a different tower in the same district.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is presented by Binghatti as a separate Business Bay collaboration, drawing its design language from jewellery and watchmaking. A shared district and a luxury partner do not make it interchangeable with Bugatti Residences. Compare the actual residence category, building timetable and ownership costs.

Mercedes-Benz Places changes the address to Downtown.
Binghatti's Mercedes-Benz Places tower is a Downtown Dubai collaboration with an automotive-inspired design. It is not the later Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City masterplan in Meydan. A buyer needs the correct project name and plot before comparing views, access, amenity rights or price with either Business Bay tower.

A closer look
A partner's name can make a project easier to recognise. It does not establish rental demand, resale depth, finish quality or whether a quoted premium will be recovered when selling.
Before choosing a project.
- Keep the two Business Bay branded towers separate, even when comparing the same bedroom count.
- Do not confuse the Downtown Mercedes-Benz Places tower with the later Binghatti City project in Meydan.
- Use a local Jumeirah Village Triangle comparison for Flare; a Bugatti-branded tower is not its price benchmark.
