DAMAC Properties
From community homes to city and coastal towers, DAMAC's projects belong in different comparisons. Choose the setting and home first.

The overview
A community home or a city apartment?
DAMAC's portfolio includes large residential communities, city towers and coastal developments. A home in a lagoon-led community has a different daily routine from an apartment in Business Bay or Dubai Maritime City. The developer name connects them; it does not make their locations, layouts or shared facilities interchangeable.
The most useful distinction in this portfolio is how and where you want to live. A branded tower, a townhouse community and a waterfront residence answer different needs.
01 · DAMAC Lagoons
DAMAC Lagoons and Lagoon Views describe different scales.
DAMAC Lagoons is the wider community; Lagoon Views is a named residential development within it. A community image explains the intended landscape, while the selected release and building plans establish what surrounds a particular home. A townhouse and an apartment also involve different choices about stairs, private outside space and upkeep. DAMAC Hills is another community setting, not a phase of Lagoons. Keeping the names separate prevents amenities, location assumptions or terms from one development slipping into a comparison of another.
DAMAC · community and project portfolio02 · Dubai Maritime City
Chelsea Residences adds a distinct coastal address.
The Chelsea Residences brochure places the project in Dubai Maritime City and presents its Chelsea Football Club association. Its towers, landscaped grounds and shared amenity areas belong to one proposed residential scheme within a wider working maritime district. The association gives the development a particular identity; the apartment's orientation, usable rooms and outside space determine how it works as a home. The broad waterfront image shown here cannot establish the outlook from every floor and layout.
DAMAC · Chelsea Residences03 · Business Bay
Business Bay towers need a city-level comparison.
The portfolio includes Couture by Cavalli and Altitude de GRISOGONO in Business Bay. Their city setting differs from both a lagoon community and Maritime City's coastal peninsula. Someone considering these apartments should compare the actual street, building entrance and daily journeys with other suitable city homes. A branded design concept can influence preference, but recurring building costs, layout and immediate surroundings remain separate parts of the decision. The same developer name is not a reason to treat different addresses as equivalent.

A closer look
The developer's range makes a location-led shortlist more useful than a brand-led one. Compare homes that would serve the same household or intended use, then examine their individual costs and specifications.
Before choosing a project.
- Separate a master community from a particular release within it.
- Keep shared facilities distinct from private features attached to selected layouts.
- Use a current written offer for price and availability, not a historical launch figure.
