Choose the neighbourhood before the amenities.
Imtiaz's portfolio brings furnished apartments and shared amenities to several Dubai neighbourhoods. The important distinction is the location around the building: an established city district, a developing island or the larger Dubai South area. That difference matters more to daily life than a shared developer name.
Hyde Walk, Sunset Bay and Enre Residence are not interchangeable apartments. Their surroundings change the commute, the kind of tenant likely to consider the home and the alternatives a future buyer will compare.

Hyde Walk is a smaller-home proposition in Jumeirah Garden City.
Imtiaz lists studios and one-bedroom apartments at Hyde Walk, with furnished interiors and shared facilities. That makes the usable layout especially important: where the bed sits, whether there is a separate place to work and how much storage remains once the furniture is in place. Its city location should be judged at street level, including the actual walk from the entrance and the outlook across neighbouring buildings.

Sunset Bay belongs to the Dubai Islands comparison.
Sunset Bay's official project page places it on Dubai Islands and presents balconies, leisure spaces and a coastal setting. An island address does not make every apartment beachfront or give every home the same view. The meaningful comparison is the selected building and aspect, its route to the waterfront, and how nearby plots will change as the island develops. A city-centre studio is a different alternative, even if the developer is the same.

Enre Residence brings the question back to everyday journeys.
Imtiaz locates Enre Residence in Dubai South and describes furnished homes with pools, gardens and shared indoor spaces. Dubai South covers a much larger setting than one residential scheme. The apartment's appeal therefore depends on where the household works and the services it will use regularly. Airport and Expo City references explain the wider geography; they do not establish that a particular daily journey is short.
