Which Beyond waterfront are you comparing?

Beyond is an OMNIYAT GROUP brand, but the group name is not a substitute for comparing a particular building. Its Bay and Forest districts in Dubai Maritime City differ from a Palm Jumeirah address or a new Dubai Islands release in access, surroundings and stage of development.

Start with the setting: Saria in Maritime City's Bay District, Talea in its Forest District, Passo on Palm Jumeirah, or a separate Dubai Islands project such as Hado. The same brand does not make those homes comparable.

Saria is a Bay District tower in Dubai Maritime City.

Beyond presents Saria as a waterfront residential tower in Maritime City and lists it in the Bay District. Its sea-facing imagery is a project vision, not a view certificate for every apartment. A buyer should check the selected aspect, nearby plots and construction stage against the actual unit plan.

02 · Dubai Maritime City

Talea asks a different question in the Forest District.

Beyond places Talea within Maritime City's Forest District and markets planted terraces and a surrounding landscape that its own page describes as still to come. The question is how the building and district will work together when delivered, rather than assuming the Bay District comparison applies unchanged.

03 · Palm Jumeirah

Passo moves the comparison to Palm Jumeirah.

Beyond's Passo page identifies two Palm Jumeirah towers, Avita and Bella, alongside several residence types, including penthouses and beach mansions. A Palm address alone does not tell a buyer which outlook, access arrangement or product they are choosing. Compare the specific residence rather than the island name.

04 · City of Arabia

Arancia introduces a low-rise alternative inland.

Arancia is the first residential phase within The Yards in City of Arabia. Three low-rise buildings face a landscaped valley, with apartments and selected garden homes forming the residential mix. This is a different proposition from BEYOND's coastal towers: the main outlook is towards planting and shared landscape rather than an open shoreline. The Yards is the wider community, Arancia is the phase, and the individual home is a third level of comparison. Keeping those names distinct makes the plans and amenity descriptions easier to understand.
